Our goal here at Shine Customer Care is to Contract Top performers with the motivation to be the best of the best. We strive for outstanding service and expect to produce outstanding results for our clients and their customers.
As a part of your contract with Shine Customer Care, LLC you will train to be an Customer Service Professional (CSP). You are vetted through our affiliate company, Arise Virtual Solutions. All CSP’s must complete the Arise Admissions Process. It is important to understand you must join our Arise Call Center Platform in order to qualify for Arise and Non Arise Related Opportunities.
You must pay for your course up front to get started. To enroll you go and register at arise.com. Put Angela Osler as your referral person and enter her CSP number 627060. Once you get to the part about becoming a business click on work for a call center my IBO number is 137729 Shine Customer Care. If you have any question you can contact anyone of us listed below.

Complete the Pre-Registration Form found on our website. ( click APPLY NOW)
Go to partnersetup.arise.com (you may copy & paste the link)
Choose your Country of Residence.
Read and check off all of the “I understand…” sections.
Completely fill out the General Information.
Create your Username and Password (this will be your future login to the Arise portal).
Click “Next”.
Affidavit Instructions
You can fill everything out please don’t not sign the Affidavit till you are in front of a notary. Check with your bank to see if they do free notarization for their customers if your bank doesn’t do them the UPS store does. Where the business card is you will put your state id or state dl. If you have a question, please feel free to call or text me at any time. Once completed, submit this form to AriseAffidavitOfIdentification@arise.com o Please make sure to include CSP ID in the subject line, along with the name of the client program you are enrolling in.

Click “Start Now” next to “Join a call center on the Arise platform”.
Make sure that the name of the call center says “SHINE CUSTOMER CARE”.
Click “View” next to “Waiver signed as client support professional”.
Read the “Acknowledgement and Waiver Agreement”; scroll to the bottom.
A default signature will automatically appear at the bottom of the document.
You may print or save the document to your PC before you click “Sign”.
Click “Sign”.
Click “Confirm”.
A check mark will appear next to the Waiver segment.
Click “View” next to “NDA signed as client support professional”.
Read the “Non-Disclosure Agreement”; scroll to the bottom.
A default signature will automatically appear at the bottom of the document.
You may print or save the document to your PC before you click “Sign”.
Click “Sign”.
Click “Confirm”.
A check mark will appear next to the NDA segment.
Click “Next”
Log Out.
Your Registration is finally complete!
Now you may go to portal.arise.com and Log-In with your same Username and Password.
Click “Start Now” next to “Select Client Opportunity”.
You have officially arrived to the Arise portal! This is where you will choose clients, join training classes, select flexibe service hours, and access additional assistance such as chat rooms, tech support, and partner support.
Browse through the various Client Opportunities available. You can click on “Info” to see the details for each one. Please Note that different Clients appear on the portal periodically, so be watching.

Once you find a Client that you would like to service click on “Select”, next to that specific opportunity.
Please be sure to review the cost for the training course.You are responsible for paying this cost and you do not earn revenue until you have passed the course. The duration varies depending on the Client you select.
Click “View Class Times”.
Select a class time based on availability that best fits your schedule.
Click “Enroll Now”.
You will pay for the training course under the “Enrollment” section.
You must complete your “Voice Assessment”. on a phone with a clear uninterrupted signal. Please note that you will need a landline or VOIP phone for servicing.
Run the “Technical Check” from the portal, to ensure that your computer system meets the standard requirements for servicing. see REQUIREMENTS.
If applicable, you may need to complete a Program Assessment for the selected Client.
You can get started working on any self-paced open-book course work.
You will meet your Instructor and fellow classmates on the first scheduled day of class. Each live class is in a virtual interactive setting. Your Instructor will give you all of the information and training you need to successfully service the Client.
Your attendance is critical and you must pass the certification before you will gain access to the Instamatic scheduler where you will choose your own hours and start earning revenue!
Please be sure that you have a comfortable quiet space set up with all required equipment.
Log into the Arise portal, portal.arise.com, with your same Username and Password.
Click on “Starmatic” on the left menu column panel.
Select your service hours on the Starmatic scheduler in the Arise portal.
Start servicing and taking calls during the hours you selected.
Best of all….Start earning revenue! $$$
Invoices are paid out bi-weekly by direct deposit. Please be sure that you fill out, sign, and submit all documents sent to you via email from Money Tree Marketplace to prevent any delays of receiving your earned revenue and invoices.
